integrated and tightly linked to its contact management. And, unlike
other reasonably priced contact management applications, OfficeTalk
won't choke as you add users and data to the system because it comes
pre-installed with Sybase SQL Anywhere or it can optionally run on
Microsoft SQL Server, both highly reliable and scalable to 500 users
when used in conjunction with OfficeTalk.

OfficeTalk provides an easy and affordable Outlook
alternative for shared calendar functionality without the hassle and
expense of a costly Exchange Server implementation. Exchange Server
and Outlook is a great internal and Internet mail solution that is
scalable for thousands of users - corporations large (and small)
rely on it for just this. But it doesn't provide the usability, ease
of implementation and administration and depth of functionality for
managing calendars, deliverables and relationships that OfficeTalk
provides. Exchange requires considerable IT expertise to administer
and requires you in many cases to make almost irreversible changes
to your active directory. OfficeTalk can be implemented, customized
and administered quickly and easily without specialist training.
Viewing other people's calendars is easy with OfficeTalk too, a
simple pull down to move to them, a single button to return to your
own. Exchange and Outlook do not provide shared calendar views that
make it easy to view and manage any number of calendars for any
combination of users and resources side by side. OfficeTalk provides
this essential functionality. Finally, there's no complex server
setup and maintenance required with OfficeTalk.
